Suppliers gain access to sell price hosting (recommended sell prices) reducing cost associated through field personnel.

Direct communication

Suppliers gain access to an internal store communication platform, including new stores, on a timely and cost-effective basis, to generate awareness of new lines, marketing initiatives and specific store activities.

Build a community

Suppliers will be invited to participate in new store launches & expansion initiatives, securing distribution otherwise missed. Suppliers will also be invited to participate in various ‘Over and Above’ programs.

Digital Platform

An eCommerce platform that improves the existing Chargeback/Chargeback Plus business model, that connects retailers, suppliers and AUR. This process simplifies the way retailers discover and add new products to their range, and replenish stock from suppliers.

Chargeback/Chargeback Plus is an end-to-end solution for FoodWorks retailers to drive business efficiencies when transacting with Direct Suppliers.
A key component of this program is an AUTOMATED system on behalf of FoodWorks retailers to suppliers on a secure platform that includes:
• Supplier generated invoice to store and collected via direct debit.
• Rebate/terms deducted from the suppliers account.
• Accounts Payable file generated into the AUR system.
